Musician Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleone is unknowingly shooting himself in the foot. He has lashed out at Ugandans for boycotting his music because of his affiliations with the NRM Tubonga Nawe campaign. During an exclusive interview with the Kampala Sun in Kiwatule, Chameleone furiously intimated that he won’t be organizing any show in the next two years because of the attitudes of Ugandans.

When asked about what he thought of the threat by Ugandans, (most of whom are his fans) to boycott his music, the Leone Island president said he wouldn’t care less.

“Boycotting my music? I boycotted Ugandans 2 years ago. Have you seen me organize a concert in the past one year? I won’t organize one this year, and the next two years,” Chameleone furiously retorted.

He then added that he is past Uganda and is onto international heights.

“I am targeting the international audiences; Africa and worldwide audiences. Not Ugandans” said Chameleone.

  1. Wamma you’re an international star. If people at home decide to walk out on you because of their feud with Museveni, just play it cool and target foreign markets. After all you have all the potential because you’ve been there and done that. Must you bow down to every nobody as if what you did was a felony? You’re already a man of substance after all.
