Bul football club has lost the services of their head coach, Alex Musongola Isabirye.
Isabirye, a CAF ‘A’ licensed coach resigned on Friday evening for what he termed as infringement of duties by management.
In his words on phone, he said that his decision will help future coaches at the club to avoid being influenced on who to field and undue interference in their line of duties.
This follows last season’s club decision, the club handled Isabirye a forced leave after he was irregular at training sessions following personal illness and that of his mother.
On his Facebook account, Isabirye posted that; “I threw in the towel following the sudden dismissal of Bright Dhaira, who has been the goalkeeping coach at the club without my notice.”
His assistant, Daniel ‘Tiliika’ Kiwanuka remains but the club is yet to come up with an official statement about his resignation.
The former Sports Club Villa Jogoo player has previously coached Uganda Revenue Authority (for two terms) and Sports Club Victoria University, is highly linked to a move towards Kirinya-Jinja S.S, a newly promoted side to the Uganda Premier league.
