Multitudes of Rwandese fun lovers thronged Fusion Auto Spa on Friday to watch US based Rwanda born musician, Benjamin Mugisha.
The gig dubbed, The Ben Life in Kampala saw the hunky Ben Mugisha share the stage with Ugandan singer Sheebah Karungi and Kid Ganji from Kigali.
With a tinge of an American accent, The Ben famous for his song Habibi was in a jovial mood as he took to the stage before an enthusiastic sold out crowd.
The performer started off singing lively as he smiled out in to the audience that fed off his vocals.
Like a true musician he worked up the crowd that thrived off the electric atmosphere. At one point, his homely pride overtook him and he sung praises for his homeland Rwanda as he waved to the audience.
The concert was so indulgent; it turned out to be more than an outing. It gave a platform to Rwandans living in Uganda to network, and share experiences about the Rwandan culture.
Ugandan singer Sheebah Karungi gyrated erotically as she performed, her fans swayed along. There were calls for her to “go back home” since she has some Rwandan blood.
After the Auto Spa performance, The Ben heads to Switzerland for another show before returning to the United States.
