It was an environment filled with joy and surprises. The office had a facelift to portray South Sudan cultural setting with drums, adungus, huntsmen crafts, spears, animal hides blended with the South Sudan flag. Everyone one was clad in outfits that depicted the various tribes in South Sudan.
This year’s theme was in honour of the diversity day celebration on which Old Mutual turned 172 years. Appreciation of diverse cultures is one of the values that Old Mutual holds dearly to honour the various countries in which it operates and therefore each year is themed differently. Last year, the Rwandese culture was the theme of the birthday celebrations.
