Uganda Cranes coach, Milutin ‘Micho’ Srerodjevic departure rumour has never died since his appointment back in 2013. In the past, this has been more of lack of how to handle success excitement and bargaining for a better deal and rumour after rumour has seen death one by one.

Micho could throw in the towel

However, this time around, irrespective of Micho refuting it in a press conference held at Star Times stadium Lugogo on Thursday, reliable sources told Kampala Sun that CHAN South Sudan game on Saturday is his last as he will be on the plane the following day to finalize his next destination. “This time around Micho is going but I am not yet sure where to but just know it has caused panic at Mengo,” a source told us adding that Micho is already saying bye to his tight. After learning on the rumour, we called FUFA spokesperson Ahmed Hussein for clarity but his phone went unanswered. We resorted to FUFA executive committee members and among the three we rang, two were in the know about the development but never wanted to get on record. With his contract expiring by the end of this year, Micho is likely to be looking elsewhere for greener pastures where it doesn’t require him to rant on social media to get paid.
