Uganda Rugby Union CEO Ramsey Olinga is arguably the best referee in the country thanks to the modern game knowledge he acquired in refereeing courses not long ago. This has seen him on both the advantage and disadvantage sides; going down in history to handle big games and paying heavily after them respectively. Olinga was in charge of the Uganda Cup final as Pirates beat Heathens but the man whose exercising levels stop at driving, talking, walking, lifting a beer bottle and mature games left the pitch with the most hurting. “The body aches… oh how I did not miss them. The things rugby does, I can imagine the players. One should retire,” Olinga said.
