Meanwhile, having celebrated a 3 year milestone this week, Uganda’s Little Hands Go Green has embarked on a door to door search for all the trees that they have given to children since the campaign started.
The door to door move will start on World Environment day on 5th June and continue up to the Green Festival on 23rd August 2015 at Kololo Airstrip.
The campaign that starts in Kampala before spreading to other districts will trace the 80,000 fruit trees distributed through schools with rewards and certificates due for those who took good care for their trees.
