Sadolin holds Lweza at home

Sadolin Paints FC has held lweza FC in a 1-1 draw at Mutesa II Stadium a Wankulukuku in the Azam premier league on Tuesday evening.

Ogik Norman scored for Sadolin FC and Hassan Kikoyo equalized for lweza fc.

Norman scored the goal for the visitors early in the first three minutes of the game.

The goal keeper expected a cross but the ball was deflected to go In the back of the net to put the Jinja based club in the lead.

Two minutes after the goal Fred kyambadde nearly scored the second but his efforts were saved by the goal keeper.

The host were forced to make a substitute in the twenty minute when they introduced on John Semazi for Ndawula Patrick.

Yasili Mugambi failed to equalize when he tried to dodge the goalkeeper but frank Oringa denied him when he tapped the ball to go for a corner kick.

The Kajansi based club started making continuous attacks but they faced the opponent’s resilient defense.

The rest of the minutes were dominated by the home team until the referee sent us in the break when the visitors are leading by 1-0.

Second half resumed when the hosts introduced on new striker Karim Ndugwa in search for the goal.

It turned into a counter attacking game for Sadolin Paints as they all played behind the ball.

The home team continued with several attacks but the visitors held on.

Not until ten minutes to the end of the game when the defenders failed to clear the ball ad Hassan tapped the ball into the net to level the game.

Sadolin paints missed a winner when Fred kyambadde took a shot but denied by lweza goal keeper.

Sadolin Paints FC will be hosting Proline FC next Tuesday in their next fixture while lweza will be taking on Soana FC away.

In the course of the game being played, the fans had a fight amongst themselves and the security had to interfere to calm the situation.

The situation lasted for almost five minutes.

The referees were able to communicate between the selves with the new devices acquired in the league.

Our league is improving day by day.
