Bryan White foundation boss, Bryan White was last evening given a new name by the Prime Minister of Lugbara kingdom. The fight against poverty campaigner was received by enthusiastic youth as he arrived at Green Light Stadium, the home of Onduparaka FC for the FUFA Drum Tournament match between West Nile and Busoga.
The delighted youth carried him on their shoulders as he arrived for the game and while addressing the gathering, Lugbara Prime Minister Kari Tutu Ismail baptized him ‘Bryan White The Great’. The premiere said this was due to his good heart that he has showed to the people of Arua and West Nile region.
Bryan White Foundation FC yesterday afternoon defeated ex Arua players in a friendly game held at Arua Public School Primary School by 1-0. The match is part on the ongoing tour of Bryan White Foundation spreading their mission of awakening Ugandans from poverty. CEO Bryan White Foundation played second half of the game and provided an assist that resulted into the only goal of the game scored by DJ Michael.
The only goal of the match was an own goal at the start of the second half. Bryan White is on his second day of his week- long tour in the Arua sub-region where his main goal is to spread his Foundation gospel and also provide interest free loans to SACCOs in the region in line with his foundation’s mission ‘Awakening the Youths from Poverty’ initiative.
