Brain Isiko, the 25 year old MP Rwabogo stalker is to receive a ‘warm welcome back’ by his relatives first at Nile Bridge after high court granted him bail.
The decision by the magistrate caused Isiko’s relatives to smile endlessly. Deafening sounds by their ululations rented the air as they rejoiced.
Reacting the judge’s conclusion on the case, Isiko’s mother Racheal Nakamya broke down and said, “I thank the organizations and everyone that has helped me bring out my son. We really tried the best on our own but couldn’t solve a thing”.
A month ago, Isiko was convicted and sentenced to two years imprisonment for expressing his love feelings to the Kabarole woman MP Sylvia Rwabogo.
Justice Jane Francis Abodo ordered him to pay cash s 500,000. His two sureties including Rtd UPDF Captain Regan Grace Muganza who is now the head of the youth in Busoga region and Godfrey Waako an assistant academic registrar at Kyambogo to execute a non cash bail of sh5m ensure that Isiko comes back to court to peruse his appeal.
She also ordered that Isiko reports to the Deputy Registrar of the High court every third Friday of the month starting from August 17, 2018 and to never contact MP Rwabwogo.

The judge granted Isiko bail on grounds that he is a first offender and presented substantial sureties.
Isiko had spent 28 days at Nagojje prison having been convicted of cyber harassment and offensive communication in July 5, 2018 by Buganda Road Court Grade one magistrate Gladys Kamasanyu.
