Singer Spice Diana (Hajarah Namukwaya) had a good musical 2018 and she is looking to take on from where she stopped.
On Wednesday, Spice Diana and her management unveiled new corporate sponsors ahead of her highly billed “Ndi mu love” concert on January 25 at Freedom City on Entebbe Road.
At the press conference held at Pike House in in Industrial Area, Vision Group’s Urban TV, Africell, World Star Betting were unveiled as the main sponsors of the concert.
Without doubt, Spice Diana matured into a complete artiste in just a short span and 2018 was the year she took the bull by its horns. She says the best is yet to come. “I have very many interesting songs. I will be singing more than 20 songs on live band. It will take several hours so I ask my fans to come early for the concert,” she implored.
Urban TV’s Derrick Aine revealed that they would be giving out free tickets to Spice Diana’s fans and all they have to do was to tune into Urban TV and wait for the cue to call for the free tickets. A representative from telecom company Africell said that revellers on the day should carry their National Ids and get registered for free sim cards loaded with airtime and data.
Before she unveiled her corporate sponsors, city tycoon Robert Kampala injected over sh80million to boost Diana’s second concert, asserting that he was impressed by the young female talent who he says her career is so bright and worthy investing in.
Spice Diana, who will be accompanied by several artistes, among them the Triplets Ghetto Kids (TGK) pledged to work even harder this year and to deliver exactly what her fans have always wanted to listen to and watch her do.
She had a word for her fans: “ We have come a long way together, it had been a long journey that we have trekked and we have all intentions to go further.
You have supported me even at my darkest moments and that is something I don’t take for granted. After our successful concert earlier this year, I will hold my second concert on 25th January 2019 at Freedom city. Show me some love at “Ndi Mu Love Live concert”
