Uganda rugby fraternity is split into two. This is a result of tomorrow’s game involving the two most successful clubs on the land; the blue army, the Betway Kobs up against green army, the Hima Cement Heathens at Legends Rugby Club.
At exactly 4:30pm, the rivalry will be renewed as the two face off in the ongoing Nile Special Premier League with Kobs aiming at ending Heathens unbeaten run. The earlier on paper is the only remaining side that can stop the latter. Despite having a loss on their cards courtesy of Heathens, Kobs are on top of the log thanks to bonus points that kept them in the race plus a better point’s difference.
Both sides are off wins with Kobs shaming Rams 78-6 and Heathens fighting tooth and nail to win narrowly 18-15 against defending champions, Black Pirates. Away from the main fight to the undercards, at the same time, there are other two worth-a-watch games.
At Kyadondo, Toyota Buffaloes will be eyeing a second win since unveiling their new jersey as they entertain Shell Rimula Rhinos. Lastly, Stanbic Black Pirates will make the Entebbe trip to the house of pain to tackle stubborn Plascon Mongers.
