The singer had been accused of refusing to report to court for the mention of his case so he decided to turn up today, Friday, 15 March to appear before City hall court grade one magistrate to answer his charges.
His charges are related to Big Mikes emitting noise beyond the levels allowed. Several other hangout were affected by the sweep through city hangouts failing to adhere to the regulations and also ignored warnings from the authority.
However, Ragga Dee felt ignored and walked out of court before the mention of his charge and left before it was mentioned.
Now he is set to return on the April 1.
