At 14 years, Anita Kalule continues to defy odds. She has not only emerged as a fast rising gospel artiste but she is certainly one for the future empresses musically. A S.3 Student at Uganda Martyrs High school Lubaga, Anita’s talent is unequaled which is why she is reaping big at an early age.
In the recently concluded Hi Skool Music Awards over the weekend at Freedom city the young diva scooped an accolade that left majority of her rivals and haters whispering though the whisper could not change any odds.
Kalule emerged the best in the category of Country’s new generation act where she managed to override those who are believed to be giants in the industry. Notably, the diva was inspired by the late Harriet Kisakye who mentored her since childhood and by the time of her demise, she had commenced on sponsoring and managing her music career.
She attributed her achievement to the Head Uganda Martyrs High School, her parents and other musical forces that speared headed and ensured that the diva wins because she was the best among those in the category.
Kalule is a daughter to Ritah Nassali and Geoffrey Kasujja both residents of Kajjansi. She has done other songs and among them are Bwalidda, Ssisubira, Ndimuwaki , Binyuma and her laste titled Shine with its video out already.
