I will never perform on Ugandan soil again- Kenzo

Kenzo has vowed not to perform again in Uganda

By Paul Waiswa

SINGER Eddy Kenzo has vowed not to perform on Ugandan soil again if Sheikh Nuhu Muzaata does not apologize to him in public.

While addressing a congregation at Rema’s ‘kukyala’ ceremony, the Kibuli PRO spit statements that were demeaning and among the most taunting statement was when he (Muzaata) said ‘Kenzo genda owase nyoko’ literally meaning Kenzo should marry his mother.

This and other statements have made Kenzo spend sleepless nights until of recent when he vowed never to perform in Uganda again unless an open apology to public is made.

Away from that, Edirisa Musuza alias Eddy Kenzo has claimed that he is still legally married to Rema Namakula who got hitched to a new man, Hamza Ssebunya.

He alleges he married Rema in December 2017 on the birthday of their daughter, Aamal Musuza.

“I was religiously wedded with Rema on our daughter’s second birthday and I have been religiously married with her for three years now,” Eddy Kenzo claims.

He says it is so demeaning for Sheikh Muzaata, a religious leader to openly defame him. As we write this, no religious leader has come out to claim he officiated the said wedding.

We are yet to see other witnesses apart from their daughter. Kenzo has also vowed not to perform on Ugandan soil if Muzaata does not publicly apologize to him.
