With her latest track Boom Party topping music charts, enjoying massive air play and on rotation, she was chosen to headline Nomad Bar’s first anniversary over the weekend and indeed, she didn’t disappoint.
Dressed in her trademark body revealing attire and a top made in animal print, the Mbale born hit stage at around midnight with her back up dancers.
Her classic solo debut single Ayokya yokya was her starter on the night and the revelers at the packed to full capacity Bunga based bar were on their feet.
She followed this with her other monster hits such as Mwooto, Still Standing, Copy Cat,Ndi mukodo,Dat Dat, Bukolomooni and others.
Before it was called a wrap, the revellers grilled her about her beef with singer Sheebah which had been going on for the last few months.
She told them that the ostensible rift between two pop divas, Sheebah was only in verbal altercations.
Then, at a certain point the rift, was popularized by both the mainstream and social media, descended to the fans. It was the fans arguing about “Who Is Who?” of the two artistes. she told her funs.
The Bunga-based bar has changed the nightlife scene in the neighborhood and given competition a run for their money with its VIP themed nights during which they have hosted big names from across the region like Comedian Eric Omondi and Diamond Platinumz among others.
The anniversary celebrations coincided with the Black Bottle-themed night hosted by Bad Black which happens every Wednesday.
