With the country-wide closure of booze selling points, many bars and night clubs are exiting the business.

This list keeps on growing every single day that passes and a rumour of Kiwatule based bar, The Junction being the latest to join has been doing rounds on social media.

Arguably the oldest in the business around Kiwatule, the news induced plenty of emotions as revellers started bidding farewell to a place that gathers people with the same drinking and smoking problems from areas of Naalya, Najjera, Kiwatule, Ntinda, Kisasi and Kira.

As many poured their love for the place and how they are going to miss it, owner Mark Kaheru came out and cleared the air.

“Has the building been sold? We will simply move next door #TunyweOmwenge,” Kaheru.

He revealed more to Urban TV’s E-News show that will air tonight at 7:30pm.
